Jaipur : The 16th edition of the two-day Security of Information and Networks: CIN Conf was inaugurated at Manipal University, Jaipur in collaboration with IEEE and Hasan Kalyoncu University, Turkey, The Chief Guest for the same was Army Signal Corps, Major General Sandeep Sharma and Director, CDTI, Dr. Amandeep Singh Kapoor was the Guest of Honour.
Major General Sharma explained in detail about the crimes related to cyber security in the country and the efforts of the government to solve them. IPS Dr. Amandeep Singh Kapoor, while talking about topics like deepfakes, cautioned about the possible misuse of Artificial Intelligence in cyber security. On this occasion, University President, Prof G K Prabhu, in his welcome address, informed everyone about the achievements of the university. General Chair of the conference, Prof. Sandeep Chaurasia informed that in this two-day conference, out of 165 papers from more than a dozen countries, 35 papers will be read.
In this international conference being held in hybrid mode, Dr Dalal Alharthi from University of Arizona; Prof. Priyadarsi Nanda from University of Technology, Sydney; Dr. Manoj Kumar from University of Wollongong, Dubai; Dr. Amit Dua from BITS Pilani etc. will give their technical lectures.
