Welcoming the new batch of students of batch 2025-27, Dr P.R. We have conducted many research projects for governmental and non-governmental organisations. We are proud of our esteemed alumni who significantly contribute to the health sector's growth and development globally. He further mentioned that we put a lot of emphasis on pedagogy and curriculum design to create an effective learning ecosystem. Our courses are designed to provide competencies and skills to develop future leadership with critical thinking and data analytics. Courses are updated with the healthcare industry’s needs kept in mind. We encourage our students to participate in national and international conferences. Our placements achieved another milestone by securing international placements this year. IIHMR University is a gateway to a bright future for the newly joined students.”

Recalling his history with the university, Dr. Amarjit Singh, IAS, Former Commissioner (Health) Government of Gujarat, said, “The IIHMR graduates that I worked with were curious, critical thinkers and ethical. Gupta, President of the Indian Institute of Health Management Research, said, “A ship is safe in harbour, but the ships are not meant to be harboured. Mr. Anubhav Sukhwani, Vice-President CK Birla Hospitals (RBH), addressed the students on continuously upgrading to stay relevant in the current world. He added, “Human touch is never going to go away from healthcare, and that is why you are always going to be relevant with the support of a lot of tech and infra.”

Ms. Barnona Basu, Senior General Manager (Marketing), Lupin, said, “You all sitting here are the future innovators, industrialists, and entrepreneurs. And no matter how much technology comes into healthcare, it cannot remove the human-to-human connection. This industry is powered by our three H: a head to think, a heart to feel, and a hand to serve.”

Mr. Paresh Kumar, CEO and co-founder of Dev Insights, suggested that discussing failures and successes is equally essential. He further shared, “Knowledge alone is not enough. You must understand how to apply this knowledge and adapt.” Mr. Gaurav Mundra, Vice-President (Product Innovation, Clinical Support Services), IKS, shared, “AI is not going to replace you.
