Manipal University Jaipur organises annual 'MUJ Excellence Awards-2023'

Dr. G.K. Prabhu, President of Manipal University Jaipur in his inaugural address said that this program is the first of its kind in the University’s history of 11 years.  It was carried forward with the intension to reassure employees that MUJ’s management appreciates employees’ ongoing commitment & contribution to the University’s goals, especially valuing employees who have proven themselves & have commitment with conviction to go above & beyond what’s expected from them.

Keeping the diverse workforce in mind & making sure that there is an atmosphere of inclusivity among all the employees, a total of 10 award categories were conceptualized cutting across from Academics, Research, Quality and Key Contributors from the Support functions.  
On this occasion apart from 10 sets of awards, employees who delivered outstanding performance and demonstrated potential for the University’s growth were rewarded prestigious and coveted award called “Dr. Ramdas M. Pai award for Professional Excellence” under 9-Box Model.

Against the entire award category, 369 employees were awarded on an employee coverage of more than 1200 employees.     All the recipients of these awards were felicitated by the invited guests and senior leadership team of Manipal University Jaipur.

The program was successfully organized with a great branding, electrifying noise by the audience and vibrant energy by the Organizing Committee made this program a truly unforgettable experience.
