Deakin University, Australia, and O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) announce Global integrated program for Indian students

Students can then opt to continue to the master’s program where they will spend 1.5 years at Deakin University pursuing their postgraduate studies at the end of which they will graduate with the MBA (International) degree in addition to the two undergraduate degrees. The partnership will be coordinated through Deakin University’s South Asia office based in New Delhi and through JGU’s campus in Sonipat.

Professor Colin Higgins, Associate Dean, Faculty of Business and Law, Deakin University, joined Professor (Dr) Ashish Bharadwaj, Dean, Jindal School of Banking and Finance in an open house session to share information about the program and answer the questions of interested students. The virtual open house session was held virtually on 8th June and was well participated. 

Speaking about the partnership, Professor Colin Higgins said, “There’s so much that binds India and Australia together and this partnership aims to set a benchmark for truly engaging transnational education. We have many international facets to Deakin and absolutely peak amongst those is the relationship with India which is now nearly three decades long and has become part of the identity of Deakin University.
